Defective items

This guarantee covers any manufacturing defects that may occur. We stand by the quality of our products and select them carefully. Should a problem arise, we are committed to replacing it for you.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or negligence.

If your piece of jewellery is defective and the purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we will replace it with the same article.
