Return policy
We offer a comprehensive return policy that allows returns within 30 days of purchase.
We only accept returns for new and unworn pieces of jewelry.
When using a discount code:
If you have used a discount code, it is tied to a minimum order value of the promotion. If the value falls below this amount due to the return, the discount will expire and will not be taken into account in the refund.
Return policy for jewelry sets:
Our jewelry sets offer you an attractive price advantage compared to purchasing the items individually. If you return one or more items from a set, the set price will be recalculated to the items you kept.
The refund amount will be the difference between the original set price and the value of the retained items at their individual prices. The price of the returned items will be calculated based on the day we received your return request.
If a discount was applied to your order, we will apply the same discount to the original unit price of the returned items.
Example:
- Set price: 100€ (consisting of three items: ring, chain and
Earrings ) - Individual prices: ring €50, chain €40,
Earrings €30 - Return of the chain: The refund amount for the chain is therefore:
The total value of the retained items at their individual prices is: €50 + €30 = €80
Since the set price was €100, the returned chain will receive a refund of:
€100 – €80 = €20
Complete return of a set
If you return the entire set, we will refund the full set price.
Defective items
If your piece of jewelry is defective and it was purchased more than 30 days ago, we will replace it with the same item.
Please send us photos that clearly show both the entire piece of jewelry and the defect to the following Email address: contact@youniquejewelry.de.
Return Instructions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If you would like to return a piece of jewelry, we will make it as easy as possible for you.
This is how the return works:
- Please pack the jewelry in the original packaging and put all the items included.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.
In the event of a return without the jewelry box and jewelry bag, an amount of €3 will be deducted. This amount does not apply in the event of a partial return. Please make sure to return the piece of jewelry in secure shipping packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- View order:
- Open the email with the subject “Order Yxxxx confirmed” (Yxxxx is your order number).
- Click on the button “View order”.
- Request a return:
- Click on the “Request a return” button on your order page.
- Select the piece of jewelry you would like to return and briefly tell us the reason for it. Your feedback is important to us, so that we can further improve our service.
- Confirm your request by clicking “Request a return” again
- Confirm return:
- We will process your request within two working days and send you the return label by email .
The Return label will also be available on your order page.
To make it easier for you, you do not need to pay the return shipping costs in the parcel shop - we will deduct them directly from your refund amount, according to the refund amount in point 5.
- Refund:
- As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, you will receive a confirmation by email. Don't worry, we will take care of it as quickly as possible! Processing normally takes up to 5 working days (Mon-Fri). You will be informed directly about the refund. This way you always stay up to date!
Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of €5.00 when refunding your return. This also applies to partial returns, there are also return costs here incurred.
The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen for the online purchase.
If you ordered outside Germany and would like to register a return, the costs for the return are €7.00.
Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to be processed. In most cases, refunds will be issued within 5 business days. If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, you can pause invoicing until your return has been processed. To do this, log in to your Klarna account and click on “Report return”, then on “I have returned the goods”. If the payment deadline on your invoice has already expired, you will automatically receive a reminder from Klarna. In this case, please contact Klarna customer support directly. Alternatively, you can also request the return by email. Contact us either by E-mail to kontakt@youniquejewelry.de with the subject “Return order Yxxxx” (replace “Yxxxx “ with your order number) and state the reason for the return, or write to us via chat (“Chat now” option).
