Return

We offer a comprehensive return policy that allows returns within 30 days of purchase.

We only accept returns for new and unworn pieces of jewelry.

To make it easier for you, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will send you the label for your return.

Please note that we will retain the return shipping costs of €5.00 when refunding your return. The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen for the online purchase.

If you have ordered outside Germany and would like to register a return, the costs for return 7.00€

If you used a voucher when placing your order and would like a partial refund ( e.g. if you only return one of two items purchased), the value of the voucher will be deducted from the refund amount.

As soon as we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation from us. Don't worry, we will take care of it as quickly as possible! We usually need up to 10 working days (Mon-Fri) to process your return.

As soon as we have processed the return, we will send you a notification about the refund directly. So you are always up to date!
